Thank you for shopping with Maison Amarelle. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, sales, or the holiday season, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery time
After your order ships:
- Standard: about 3–7 business days
- Express: about 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as delays can occasionally happen with the carrier.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
